Work with Orion

Orion Project manager

With me, every task has an owner. And a next step.

I make clear who owns what, line up the tasks that depend on each other and keep track of deadlines. When something gets stuck, I point out what’s missing to move forward, so all that’s left for you is the decision.

Orion’s introduction, spoken in English: “Hi, I'm Orion, your project manager. I help you see your plans through. I break goals down into tasks, coordinate the work of your people and AI teammates, and flag it early when something gets stuck.”

I notice when everyone is waiting on someone else.

A campaign often stalls on one missing piece of information, an approval that never came or an unclear owner. Those connections are what I watch. I show you what’s needed from whom to keep the work moving.

For every task, I make clear:

  • Who is responsible for getting it done?
  • What does it need to move forward?
  • When is it due, and what result do we expect?

  • From “wouldn’t it be nice” to tasks you can assign

You tell me what you want to achieve. I break the work into parts, set the order and suggest owners and deadlines. For every task I spell out the expected result, so the team knows when it counts as done.

  • I keep track of who’s waiting on what

I watch the dependencies between tasks. If the creative is still missing its copy, or the launch needs your approval, I make it visible. I plan every handoff so the next teammate starts with a clear task and everything they need.

  • I flag it when the plan starts to slip

I track the deadlines and statuses you’ve set. If a delay affects other tasks, I show you the knock-on effect and suggest how to re-plan. So you can see where to step in and what can keep moving in the meantime.

  • I bring you only what needs you

I sum up what’s done, what’s stuck and which decision needs you. Next to each decision I add the background you need and the next step I recommend. You’ll need far fewer status messages to know where the work stands.
